The free and reduced meal application and instructions for completion can be accessed by clicking on the links below. Please read all information carefully before completing the application.

PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER FAMILY, LISTING ALL STUDENTS ON THAT APPLICATION.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A DIRECT CERTIFICATION NOTICE FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION.

Please make sure to complete all requested information on the application, sign it, and return it to the school office as soon as possible or complete it in your Skyward Family Access account under the Food Service Tab-Applications. Incomplete applications will take longer to process. You will need to fund the Food Service account until the application has been completed and approved, unless your student(s) was receiving free or reduced lunches at the end of the year last school year, which rolls over for the first 30 days. Parents/Guardians need to reapply for benefits at the beginning of each school year. Please contact the district office if you do not receive a determination letter within 2 weeks of submitting your application.

Breakfast and Lunch Prices

Skyward Family accounts are used by the district food service. Payments can be made online through Skyward Family Access using the link below to sign in. When you make your payment on your family/child's account it will remain on the account until your child(ren) make a purchase. All lunch accounts are family accounts.

Meal Charges-Lunches sold by the school may be purchased by students and staff members and community residents in accordance with the rules of the District’s school lunch program.
Negative Account Balances-Students may be permitted to accumulate a negative food service account balance as determined by the District Administrator. If a student has a significant negative lunch account balance, they may be provided an alternate meal the cost of which shall continue to accrue to their negative lunch account balance, and the student's parent(s) shall be contacted to collect the outstanding charges. The alternate meal will be a low-cost alternative to the regular reimbursable meal and shall meet USDA nutritional standards or the Smart Snacks in Schools Regulations so that it qualifies for reimbursement under the National School Lunch/Breakfast Program.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
