School Closing

If the school must be closed or the opening delayed by two hours because of inclement weather or other conditions, the following television stations will be notified.

Television Stations

TMJ Channel 4, FOX Channel 6, WISN Channel 12

In addition to the television stations, an announcement will be made on UGES’s website and social media accounts. The automated Apptegy School Messenger system will send a message to all parents, students, and staff before the scheduled start of the school day unless emergency circumstances require otherwise.

In the event of a two hour delay, our start time will be 9:30 am. School buses will be running approximately two hours later than normally scheduled. Dismissal will be at the regular time.

If the school is closed, all after school activities, including sports and evening events, will also be cancelled.
