On Wednesday, December 6, the UGES Large Gym was filled with the sounds of holiday music as our kindegarten-2nd graders performed an amazing winter concert for families and guests for two outstanding performances. The kindergartener's started by performing "Jingle Bells," "Frosty the Snowman" and "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town."
First grade continued with "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Christmas Time is Here" and "Up on the Housetop" which featured a special instrumental ensemble of students including: Madden M., Caleb O., Layla P., Ava V., Augustina D., Lucas C., Amelia M., Jocelyn V., Olivia V., Caden G., Finnlei N., and Wyatt B.
Second grade followed with "The Chipmunk Song" (Rock Mix) featuring Kazoo players Reegan B., Kenzie P., and Payton S. , "Do You Want To Build a Snowman?" featuring soloist Aiyanna H., "Somewhere In My Memory," and "March" (Plate Choreography: London H., Laura G., Theo A., Pippa C., Beckett S., Tanner T., Scarlett W., and Alana A.
The concert concluded with all of the students singing "We Wish You A Merry Christmas."
A big thank you to Mrs. Bauer and all of her students for their hard work over the past couple of months as they prepared for what turned out to be a phenomenal concert!
