On Thursday, February 22, 5th-8th grade students from Union Grove Elementary School will be attending a special presentation by nationally acclaimed speaker, John O’Leary, at Union Grove High School from 9:00 -10:30 a.m. This special event is part of Go Frank Go Day ‘24 which is a day-long celebration of leadership and community involvement.
At a young age, John was involved in a very traumatic incident. Today, he is now an inspirational speaker reminding audiences of the significance of daily attitudes, the power of gratitude, and the impact of serving others with courage.
In the evening, UGES families are invited to take part in his presentation, “The Power of One”- How One Attitude, One Action and One Person Can Change The World. The event will take place at the Union Grove High School Gymnasium, 3433 S. Colony Avenue, Union Grove, WI. 53182. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with the presentation taking place from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. (RSVP required). The event is open seating.
