Middle school students created cultural dishes of different Spanish-speaking countries.






Mad Science is back at UGES and this time they teamed up with LEGO© to bring even more fun to learning. Students will build a unique engineering themed project in each class and bring home a cool take home to extend the learning! This program is for students in K-5th grades.

Good evening Union Grove Elementary families. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Wednesday including all of Racine County, with the heaviest snowfall expected from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. With this warning in effect, Union Grove Elementary School will be closed on Wednesday, February 12th. All afterschool activities on Wednesday are canceled as well. Everyone stay safe!

Mrs. Cooper’s kindergarten class got to participate in so many fun activities for the 100th day! They used teamwork to build a structure with 100 cups, used creativity to make monsters with 100 different features, used collaboration with other grade levels when showing off personal collections of 100 items from home, and used stellar counting skills to fill a gumball machine with 100 gumballs! Best day ever!!!!





Kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day of school with a 100th day museum, Hershey's kiss hunt, and so much more celebrating being 100 days smarter!






Second graders at UGES ended their life cycle unit with some fun activities! Students used noodles to represent the different stages in the butterfly’s life cycle, they used cheese dust to simulate pollination, and planted a few marigold seeds!

During the day, students from local elementary schools and our high school will have the opportunity to attend a special presentation. In the evening, we welcome parents and the community to hear from this year’s featured speaker, John Israel.
John is a dynamic speaker and author known for his work in fostering gratitude and leadership. Through his message, he challenges individuals to embrace a mindset of appreciation and purpose, helping them unlock their full potential. His engaging and uplifting presentation will leave you feeling motivated and empowered.
