There was some creative learning going on in Mrs, Callewaert’s second grade class this week as students wrote persuasive paragraphs to try to convince Santa (Mr. Sams) that they didn’t deserve snowman poop (marshmallows) this Christmas. Mr. Sams pretended to be Santa and chose the three that persuaded him the most! Congratulations to Bryson, Anna, and Kyus for writing all of those convincing details!!

The nurses office is now all decked out for the holidays. The gingerbread door was designed by Emily N. in Mr. Topercer's 5th grade class with gum drop assist from her sister Evelyn in Mrs. Ninneman's kindergarten class. It was a group effort from all to decorate the three doors. So much fun!
