Student Council Food Drive Update... We are 6 days into the competition between (4K-4th & 5-8th grades). Students & Families - Keep dropping off those non-perishable food items for the Student Council Food Drive. Bins are located in the entryway by the main office. There are two weeks left to donate food items!!! Which 3 students will have a chance to shave Mr. Sam's head? As of today, K-4th grades are in the lead!

Hello UGES Family! We have someone coming to repair some of the flooring on our playground today and have been informed that it will need to be closed for the weekend. Please help us get these repairs done by staying off the playground until Monday, November 6th. Thank you and have a great weekend!

Families & Students (Grades 5-8)...Activity night permission slips are due tomorrow, Thursday, November 2 by 3:30 p.m. to the main office - NO EXCEPTIONS! If your student needs a permission slip, please stop by the main office to pick one up. Activity Night is scheduled for Friday, November 10 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

On Thursday, November 30th we will be holding our 8th grade mock interviews. We are looking for community/parent volunteers to help us conduct the interviews. Interviews will begin at 7:40 a.m. and go until all 8th graders have completed. This is a great experience that we offer as a part of our career unit for both our students and the volunteers. A Big Shout Out to our Union Grove Athletic Teams! Congratulations to the Union Grove High School Broncos Varsity Volleyball and Soccer teams for winning their sectional championships and for advancing to the WIAA state tournaments!!! Our 8th Grade Union Grove Bronco Football players also were crowned Super Bowl Champions of the South Eastern Youth Football Alliance this past weekend!

There will be LOTS OF CANDY for the kids. Pinas Mexican Eats and Just Brew It will be there serving some fantastic food and beverages which will be available for purchase. A portion of the profits will be donated to PTO. Union Grove High School’s DECA Organization will be collecting food donations for the Union Grove Area Food Bank! If you are willing and/or able to donate any non-perishable food items, please bring them with you to the event. There will be a barrel to place the food items in. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday evening!
